Waiting for baby P

Luckily for Erin, it's already October, which means....Baby P is about to arrive!!

This session was completely impromptu. (Yes, she just naturally looks that good!) We intended to go to North Park in the evening for a sunset maternity session by the water to compliment their nautical themed nursery. After going for lunch, however, we decided to quickly stop in Oakland to get one or two shots so that when this little guy starts his search for college, and decides he wants to follow in his dad's footsteps, he will already feel a sense of comfort. Ha. *Fingers crossed that's how this stuff works!* One thing led to another and we ended up taking so many pictures that Erin and Mike decided we didn't need to go to North Park. I couldn't complain as I ended up taking one of my favorite photos I have ever taken! <3 

I am really honored to have been asked to photograph an amazing time in this family's life and I cannot wait to meet the little guy when he makes his arrival!! Wishing this mama-to-be all the best in the remainder of her pregnancy and praying for a safe delivery!
